01 Acceptance of Terms

03 Account Registration

04 Deposits & Payments

05 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Processing

SadaPay and NayaPay withdrawals complete in under 5 minutes. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 across all methods.

5.2 Withdrawal to Own Accounts Only

09 Account Suspension & Closure by zs999com

zs999com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms.
• A player fails to complete required identity or payment verification within a specified timeframe.
• Unusual or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• We are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
• A player has self-excluded or has been identified through third-party gambling block systems.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, the player's funds will be held securely and returned following completion of the investigation if no breach is found. Where a breach is confirmed, funds may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature and extent of the violation.

Decisions to close accounts for serious violations (fraud, money laundering, underage play) are final. Decisions to suspend accounts for investigation or verification purposes may be appealed by contacting support@zs999com.app.
